FAQs

is there a dress code?

No, we’re very relaxed, so please dress however you wish to be relaxed.

is parking available?

Unfortunately not as Lichfield council has decided to trial the pedestrianiastion of Lichfield city centre, but there are a number of car parks nearby that are free after 6pm. Please see above for our recommendations.

what about dietaries?

as the menu is unique to your experience, please let us know if anybody has any dietary requirements when booking. We can then ensure the menu is tailored accordingly. Please note that we cannot cater for dietary requirements for our dinner date events.

Is there a deposit?

No, However; Credit Card details are required to secure your booking. These are collected during the booking process through our completely secure booking platform; no details are stored and no funds will be taken from your account at the time of booking but may be utilised should a reservation cancel prior to the terms of the cancellation policy.

wine/drinks flights?

Yes, we have wine flights available with all our menus - please Choose this option during the booking process.

Arrival drinks?

We have recently partnered with Astley Vineyard and Gusbourne wines and offer a variety of fantastic English sparkling options for you to enjoy. We highly recommend the Freya and blanc de noir options!

We also have prosecco, champagne and cider available as alternatives

Can we bring children?

WE WELCOME YOUNG GUESTS WHO CAN BE SEATED AT THE TABLE AND DINE FROM THE FULL MENUS. WE DO NOT OFFER AN ALTERNATIVE CHILDREN’S MENU AND ARE UNABLE TO PROVIDE HIGHCHAIRS. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THE OVERALL ENVIRONMENT IS NOT SUITABLE FOR YOUNG CHILDREN OR FUSSY EATERS.

Why are there minimum guest restrictions?

Unfortunately, to meet demand, we have had to put a minimum booking in place. as a single table restaurant, we have unfortunately made this decision in order to keep costs for ourselves and our customers down. This means that there is a minimum booking of 4 guests most days and a minimum of 6 guests on fridays and saturdays.

We have however introduced our “dinner dates” events on the 1st Wednesday and Thursday of each month - available to book for 2-4 guests.
